CA Amrish Kumar Bhuwania [FCA, CS, M.Com (Accounts and Finance), DISA]

CA Amrish Kumar Bhuwania is a DISA certified FCA who brings his 24 years of expertise in Auditing, Taxation , Company Law matters and Corporate Affairs with him. He has gained optimum knowledge of corporate affairs and dealings while working in Reliance Industries Ltd. for more than 2 years in the early years of his career. He has also completed post qualification certification courses of Concurrent audit of banks and GST from ICAI.

After his term with Reliance Industries Ltd., he founded Bhuwania & Associates. With his professional behavior, keen habit of being updated and an eye for detail, he has been able to create a team that looks for each detail along with being efficient. CA Amrish Kumar Bhuwania envisions technology based advancement of his profession and also believes that it is very crucial in the current VUCA world. Further, he has also completed certification course related to Independent Director from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA).

CA Sangeeta Agarwal [FCA, B.Com (Hons.)]

CA Sangeeta Agarwal brings 14 years of expertise with her. She has got experience in Accounting, Auditing, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and various other areas of management. She has also completed post qualification certification course of GST from ICAI. she is an experienced Chartered Accountant with a robust background in GST compliance, bank audits, and statutory audits. Proven expertise in managing GST-related processes, including returns and advisory, while ensuring regulatory adherence and optimizing tax strategies. Adept at conducting thorough bank audits to verify financial transactions and internal controls, and proficient in statutory audits to maintain legal compliance and enhance financial reporting. Known for delivering accurate financial insights, identifying discrepancies, and providing actionable recommendations to improve organizational efficiency and integrity.
